Coach trip to London
Coach trip to London yesterday with the art club. We visited the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour exhibition at the Mall gallery to see some of the finest contemporary watercolour artists. I then wandered up the Mall to sketch Buckingham Palace, the wind was extremely cold so I went to the Royal Academy to warm up and visit the Rose Wylie exhibition. Rose’s paintings are crude, childish and badly painted but there were a couple I would hang on my wall!
